Yes, please select your shipping preference at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. In the event your package does go missing, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

If an order is refused at delivery and returned to our warehouse, you will not be refunded shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

All international orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. Orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Only eligible, unworn, and non-damaged items can be returned. If an item is marked final sale (as noted on your packing slip) it cannot be returned.

Any items returned after 45 days are ineligble for return, exchange or store credit.

Once your return request has been submitted, a return label along with the return information will be sent to your inbox.

All returns for refund are subject to a $10 restocking fee per return shipment.

Items purchased with our first-time discount code may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Any product marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not cover international shipping which means return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

E-gift cards can be purchased here. E-gift cards are only valid on our official website. All gift card sales are final. E-gift cards do not expire.

If you intend to purchase an e-gift card for someone else, you can either place the order with the recipient's email or forward the email to the intended recipient once it is sent to your inbox.

Once an e-gift card is purchased, a unique code will be sent to your inbox which can be copied and then pasted at checkout.
